What we do and how we do it:
- Selection of the best solutions for Valves, Pumps and Actuators. - Analysis of the specific needs of each client / project to offer customized solutions with our manufacturers. - We coordinate direct communications with factories and foundries. - We ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with local regulations. - Weekly monitoring of orders, checking that everything is in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. - Doing special follow up on quality requirements, deliveries and documentation. - Local monitoring of projects in Mexico, Peru and Colombia offering advice during the assembly phase and technical training on preventive maintenance and uses. - Monthly delivery of manufacturing reports, including updating schedules, advances and quality documentation. - We identify project risks to anticipate solutions with our manufacturers. - Supervision of tests and non-destructive tests. - We manage DDP deliveries for our customers.
